After the confetti has settled and the celebrations have ceased, the beginning of a new year ultimately means New Year’s resolutions. It is a time to start fresh. A time to start making better lifestyle choices that can help you be healthier and improve your fertility.

Here are a few things you can do in 2018 to boost your fertility:

-Exercise regularly: Endorphins are released in your body when you exercise that help reduce stress, lower anxiety, and depression, raise self-esteem, and improve sleep patterns.

-Limit alcohol consumption: Even just a few drinks a week can impair your chances at getting pregnant.
